Shake, Rattle, and ROLL

My sister was complaining about a painin her back. My daughter, who is a personal trainer, began to show her what she can do to help elevate this discomfort. It was funny to watch my sister, and then my mother, try to roll on this foam roller. My daughter stated that this would help if done properly. My sister did it. ¬†After a few lessons and as you can hear her testify she said she felt a little better. Lesson of the evening you should not do any exercising unless you stretch before and after.
