I love Baked Apples and we went apple picking a while back and I found this great recipe to make them in a microwave. Here is the quick and easy recipe. You and your family are going to love this one!
1-You’ll need apples, your favorite oatmeal, and a little butter.
2- Carefully core the apples and place a little bit of oatmeal inside and a dab of butter on top.
3- Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes (covered) & ENJOY – do not overcook. be careful, they are very hot, let cool for 10 minutes
