Roasted Cauliflower #TastyTuesday

1 head cauliflower  cut into bite-size florets
1/4 cup olive oil
5 cloves garlic,  chopped
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
Salt/Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dry  oregano leaves

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Toss the cauliflower with the all the ingredients in a baking dish or sheet.  Roast until golden and tender, about 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Serves 6-8.
