I want to talk about  MyFitnessPal app.

My daughter in law told me about it, she claimed that it was helping her lose those unwanted few pounds.  You know those pounds that we just cannot seem to shake off.

So I downloaded MyFitnessPal app .  I am so happy with it.  Now everything I put in my mouth I can get a calorie count.  It tells me how many calories I can consume daily.   MyFitnessPal is so user friendly.  If you have an i-phone it counts your daily steps.  Did you know that you need to take 10,000 steps daily.  The best is that when you do a cardio work out, it adds back calories to your daily program.

Myfitnesspal gives  your daily breakdown of carbs, protein and fat.  I will have just finished my first full week with myfitnesspal this Saturday.  I have to say, even without the app telling me, I know that I have done right by my body with the help of myfitnesspal.
