We packed up the pots, pans, desserts and gifts and headed to my daughter Vera and her husband Bill home to spend Christmas Eve together. We have been doing this since my first grandchild, Natalie was born. A very good thing. One the menu every Christmas Eve is Seafood Pasta. This year I cooked the seafood separate first and then added to the red sauce and tossed with pasta, served with bread and wine.
My daughter made baked macaroni because she does not like seafood and Eugene is allergic. The kids are a hit or miss. Honestly, I just saw them eating bread and butter.
Here is my niece Sandra with Natalie and Liam.
Cousin Veronica and her guy Eugene with the kids.
My Mom, Great Grandma Tessie with Caleb.
Dessert table. Veronica made the best chocolate cupcakes with green frosting and raspberry bars and peppermint bark! There was whoopie pie too. Everything was yummy.
This is a video recap of the night 🙂
Here we are together with my sister Marianne and our childhood friend Dale. My daughter had this camera that took the photo after a few tries. Ha!!
Merry Christmas from my family to yours. God Bless xoxo Liz
