Preheat over 375
1 bag (12 oz.) frozen broccoli, cooked according to package directions drain and chop

1 cup milk
1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 frozen deep-dish pie crust (9 inch)

Beat eggs and milk salt and pepper in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in chopped broccoli and cheese; pour into pie crust. Place on lined baking sheet.(easy clean up)
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until center of quiche is set and top is golden brown. Let stand 10 min. before slicing. Serve with a tossed salad. M&M’s are optional 🙂
