May is turning out to be a fun engagements packed month. So many parties and events that we decided to celebrate my birthday a week early to fit it all in. This year we went to MexiBBQ and I just want to say Love This Place!! They have sidewalk dining but we decided to eat inside – lots of room, music and TVs at the bar, something for everyone.
We started the night with some Margaritas, fried pickles (thank you, thank you very much, a”Elvis Favorite”) and fried mac n’ cheese balls so good I never had a chance to take a photo of them!
We ordered and shared (yes, we share) Baby Back Ribs, Smoked Beef Brisket so good and tender you know, like butter 🙂
Grilled Ribeye and Seafood BBQ Grill, portions so generous that we took most of it home and besides we had to leave room for dessert! Fried Ice Cream, Tres Leches Sponge Cake and four spoons. If you ever get the chance try that Fried Ice Cream it’s the bomb.
So happy to eat, drink and make merry with these ladies. Birthdays are a great reason to celebrate!
