Kathy makes this for our Annual Office Christmas Party. Everyone always looks forward to it. When you make it and serve it up you will know why.
Crab & Shrimp Mousse
8 oz cream cheese – softened
8 oz of crab meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can shrimp, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs Knox gelatin, dissolved in 2 Tbs cold water
2 green onion, finely chopped
Dash of thyme
1 cup celery, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
Directions
Heat together cream cheese, soup and onion, stirring until well blended. Add dissolved gelatin – stir well. Add crab, shrimp, celery, mayonnaise, thyme and parsley flakes. Pour into pan cover with foil and chill at least 3 hours. Serve with your favorite cracker, chip or vegetable.
