Here is a groovy sci-fi teen book we are enjoying right now. My granddaughter and I both agree that this is one of the best books we have been reading together. What a wonderful way to connect without electronics for a change. Author S.B. White has published her most recent novel that she co-wrote with her granddaughter called “The Special Ones.” White and her granddaughter wrote the book as a way to stay connected and for White to encourage her creativity and inspire more youth to read, write and create art. I am holding on to this time as long as I can, she’ll be all grown up before I know it.
