Our little guy is now grown up. Grown up enough to share communion with all of the church members. A communion party was in order.
The place to party was at our favorite meeting place, Palominos Bar and Restaurant.
It is never an easy task to get the whole family together in one place, at one time, but somehow we managed to do it. For we all knew that it takes a communion of family to celebrate our special boy’s Communion Day. 
What a joy to see my two favorite gals, enjoying this time together. As I watched them I envisioned the time when the family celebrated their communion day. Many moons ago!
Hello, new face! My daughter’s boyfriend. How nice that George joined the family for Christian’s day.
We are hoping, and praying, that these two will become more than boy/girlfriend. I’m thinking of what I am going to wear at the wedding. Shhh!
A shout out for two more special young ladies. My granddaughter and good friend Natalie. 
As we were all smiles, about the day, the children did end up making us frown. 🙁
Why?
Because, we could not see their faces. Only the top of their heads. For they were focused downward, towards their- wait for it – phones. And when the littlest one in the group said, “Daddy, I’m the only one that doesn’t have a phone to play with.” We all snapped to attention. A shout out (more like a threat out) was given and the phones were put away.
Let me introduce the three Bills. That’s Billy, Billy and Billy.
When I see my son, with his son, it reminds me of how blessed I am. A father’s love is so important. 
What is a celebration without a celebration drink. The drink of the party was the Palominos house special – Coconut Martini. Great in taste, and great in calories! However, worth every calorie we consumed. 
Bless you my darling grandson! My prayer for you is to always remember that Our Lord walks with you daily. That life does not guarantee happiness. Be filled with joy! For joy is all around you. Feel joy in the smell of a flower, the humming of a bee, the strength of a tree, and even the dark clouds that form for the rain. For all have been created with you in mind.
