Christmas Eve brought Santa this year.  A little bit shorter, and a real tiny beard.

The drums were a drumming. Boom, Boom, Boom, heard our ears.   But we kept a  smiling, “Let them play,” was the cheer.

We knew we were coming to the Christmas Eve end. ” Let’s get ready for Christmas,” it will be grand!

 Christmas arrives with such splendor and glee.  The Bells are a ringing!     So happy are we!

  The children are laughing. No Bah Humbug, here!

The past has it’s stories, the future its glories, but it’s all about the present with our family and friends.  

Christmas joy is for all!

Christmas will always survive!

Don’t know about you but every year the holidays seem to come faster and faster.  It just seems that by the time I take down the tree it is time to put it back up.  I always feel like I will never get everything done.  The tree decorating, the shopping, the wrapping, the cooking, and the over spending.  However every year it manages to come together.  Christmas Day arrives and within a flash, of a flash, it rolls on by.  

To me Christmas is simple.  It is about my two grand children.  They were my Christmas presents from the day they were born.  

I thank God every day for my family.  So in spite of the hectic hustle and the bustle that we all get sucked into I always try to take a moment and reflect on the gifts that I received, the good gifts and the bad gifts , and thank God for them all.  For like I always say without the bad we would never know the good.

Now this Christmas look around you, and take all the good along with the bad, wrap them up with a bow and place it under the Christmas tree.   Offer it up to the reason for the season.
