Ingredients:
One 4-pack Cheddar Folios™– cut into 1” ribbons
One 4-pack of Parmesan Folios™– cut into 1” ribbons
One Lg pack of Cocktail Franks (or 40 pcs)
One jar of Honey Mustard or Spicy Mustard
Fancy toothpicks
Directions:
Put Cocktail Franks in a small pot of water. Boil Cocktail Franks and leave on a very low flame once they boil.
Cut the Folios Cheese Wraps into 1” ribbons (about eight long pieces per wrap).
Once cooked, remove the franks from the pot, fork out one at a time, and wrap in a Folios ribbon, alternating between Parmesan & Cheddar. Once all are covered, broil on low in an oven or toaster oven until crispy.

*Jarlsberg® Nachos au Gratin
Ingredients:
One bag of nachos
200 g of Jarlsberg® cheese
¼ broccoli head
Two green chilies
Two garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
Two limes
Pepper
Fresh coriander
Directions:
Spread the nacho chips over the bottom of an ovenproof dish or use a grill pan. Top with grated or sliced Jarlsberg® cheese. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 220 °C until the cheese is melted and golden.
Finely grate the broccoli. Finely chop the chilies and garlic. Mix all the ingredients and add the olive oil, pepper, and juice of 2 limes.
Serve the salsa with the freshly baked Jarlsberg® cheese nachos garnished with fresh coriander. Serves 4.
