Asian Inspired Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 C. Quinoa uncooked
  • 1 C. Shredded Carrots
  • 1 C. Thin Sliced Red Cabbage
  • ½ C. Red Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 1/3 C. Rough Cut Cilantro
  • Tahini Miso Sauce Ingredients
  • 2 T Miso
  • ½ Cup Mighty Sesame Organic Tahini
