A few weeks ago, Merci and I went to an  Product -N-Press Summer Essentials event.  It was an educational, networking and sampling opportunity.  We made a day in the city out of it and had a wonderful time.

For all you Beatle lovers, and cruise lovers, this may be the cruise that will sail you back to the mop top days.

Ship will be sailing from Fort Lauderdale,  Port Everglades.  The 7-night tribute to John, Paul, George and Ringo will hit the seas on February 2, 2012.
As reported by AOL travel news, your  port of call- Jamaica, Mexico and Haiti with a boatload of Beatles-immersion.  A Beatles tribute band , Revolution, will be performing twice during the cruise.  Also on board will be Tim Piper performing his critically acclaimed John Lennon show Just Imagine . Laurence Juber, two time Grammy award winner and former lead guitarist for WINGS, returns to do two shows. Mark Hudson, Ringo’s former producer, will offer two of his unique one-man rock band performances. Popular radio host Joe Johnson, host and creator of Beatle Brunch returns as the onboard MC of the show.
Ed Sullivan would be proud, for the sailing date marks the 48th anniversary of the Beatles appearance on Ed’s show, which was a ‘Really Big Show”.  I remember that day, that was the day I had my first TV kiss.
What cruise line would be hosting this event?  Royal Caribbean’s mega-ship  Oasis of the Seas will host the Beatles Tribute Cruise 2012

Cheer Detergent and Billy

I have been fortunate to have a husband who does the wash.  Yes, every Saturday and Sunday he does the wash.

Well, the truth is he really doesn’t like to do it, but  somehow doing the wash became his job.  My husband never had a preference when it came to which deteregent to use to clean the clothes, until Cheer came along.

Last Saturday (his wash day) he brought up the wash from the wash room and commented about how the clothes smelled clean, felt soft, looked brighter and cleaner than usual.

It was that CHEER DETERGENT.

It got his attention.  Was I impressed. Cheer actually got my husband’s attention.
