Did you ever do something that you never thought you would ever do.
Well, Liz and I did.
We both had our eyebrows tattooed. It was certainly a spur of the moment decision. A decision that, well, we could not back out of. Money was paid, and we said,” What the heck.” However, I did almost back out of the whole thing, when Liz told me they would have to shave off our eyebrows so they could do the tattooing. OH, NOOO! I screamed I am not shaving my eyebrows off. So I started to do some investigating, it would have been nice if I did the investigating before we coughed up the money for this procedure. But sometimes you just have to jump in the pool, and then check to see if there is any water in it. After checking on the web all the information I got was good. Seems that eyebrow tattooing is more common then we realized.

We were more than nervous.
Liz was the first one to go in. Here she is with the aesthetician, Emily. Emily is shaping Liz’s eyebrows, giving her more definition.

After two hours we were done. My brows are darker.

Tattooing was not simple and it takes awhile for the brow to heal. Emily said the brow color is dark at first, but will get lighter when the scabs fall off. We cannot wait for that to happen. Just one more note. No one even noticed that we did anything to our eyebrows. So I guess that is good. A natural look is what we wanted.
