I love when my grand kids came over to visit straight from attending a kiddie party.
Oh, what fun it is to go to a kiddie party, and more fun to bring it home with you.
Their recent party adventure sounded like a super event. Sophie was full of stories and her excitement showed on her face. In more ways then one….The face painting was a big hit with her. When she arrived her face was splattered with flower pedals, well not exactly splattered, more like painted pedals. In her hair she wore a bright yellow flower and I guess the flower pedals just fell all around her face. I smiled when I saw my Hawaiian princess… Sophie also had a skull tattooed on her arm…this is the side of her that is a little macabre.
Now Christian, he was a regular boy at the party. Why did Christian not have his face painted???… Well, according to his mother, Christian just wiped away all the face paint from his face, with his little hands.
No painted face for Mr. Christian. Now sunglasses, not a problem…guess he thinks they are cooler than paint on face…
Now back to Sophie.
Face painting is certainly a lot of fun, if you have the patience to sit still and let some person treat your face like a piece of canvas. 🙂
But the most important thing, to me, is that the paint easily washes off and paint on face will be no more…<3
