Breakfast – Going Back To Basics

Where I work, December is a month of celebration. It starts the on the first Friday with our office Christmas Party and honestly, it lasts the whole month long. People are very generous to us and send us baskets of all kinds. Everyone bakes and brings in platters to share. So it’s pretty much, eating and snacking all day long. All day long!  I was to happy to find the resealable Harvest Reserve  Diamond Walnuts that Groovin Moms got from the LHJ Get Social Event 2013. I put them  in the pantry and forgot about them.

Being determined, I packed up the walnuts, plain yogurt and fresh fruit and took it all to work.  This is what I eat for breakfast and I keep my mind set on eating better the whole day long.  Some mornings I sprinkle on some chia seeds too.

Everyone at work  think I’m eating dessert for breakfast 🙂
