Today we celebrated my sister Marianne birthday with a brunch at The Thirsty Koala.
We went for the brunch but ended up ordering from the lunch special. Merci, Marlene and Marianne each ordered the Daily Grilled Fish of the Day which was the Black Fish.
I ordered the Banjo Patterson sandwich which is skirt steak. Yum all around!
Each dish came with a glass of wine or beer. Love that. And as always the service was great!!
We shared a Tassie (2 grilled crostini topped with cool Greek yoghurt, fresh flambéed apples and grapes with a touch of honey and cinnamon) and I got the Australian Ice Hot Chocolate.
There were no complaints at the table today only Happy Birthday Wishes. On your birthday and always, Hug Harder, Laugh Louder and Smile Bigger. Cheers!
