Running is not my favorite exercise, well, now that I think about it I really don’t have a favorite exercise. I exercise because I know I have to, but if I had a least favorite exercise it would be running. Feet Down!
I find running super boring, especially when I run on a treadmill. I mean, you can run, and run, on a treadmill, and never get anywhere. I call it, still running. However, now that the spring door has opened up, and my out door running days are over, I had to make the treadmill my running partner.
When I get to the gym the Precor waits for me. I jump on and just start my running into spring routine. On my first run I ran a half a mile in 7 minutes. Alright, I know that is not something to brag about but I know that my next run will be at least a mile in…Who knows! All I know is I am putting in my 10,000 steps and running into spring!
