Th 4th of July is always celebrated at my sister’s home and every year we have a few different faces to help us celebrate Independence Day. It was a beautiful day and since my sister has a pool we started it as early as possible. My sister’s pool is not very large but it is big enough to hold this motley crew. The best way to celebrate Independence day is by a pool and with a fun group of chaps.Jumping off the edge into the pool is one of my grand kids favorite things to do.Even Richie, my sister’s dog, wanted to be apart of the pool action. Sometimes Richie does just jump in the pool but this time he just hung around the edge. After the pool we all gathered around the table to enjoy some appetizing appetizers that our friend Joanne made. Oh, let me not forget to mention the margaritas my sister blended up…PERFECT!
The kids always bring entertainment to any gathering. As you can see my little Sophie smiling for the camera and baby Emma being used as a beer bottle holder…LOL!!
As the night draw near we all headed out to see the 4th of July fireworks. They were splendid as they are every year. Of course it began to rain but that did not put a damper on our festivities… Yes, it was a blessed fourth of July…We owe all of this to our founding fathers…
May God continue to Bless America!!!
