IHOP #CrissCroissant #KidsEatFree

What a great way to spend a hot August Saturday – movies and lunch at the kids’ favorite place IHOP. I had to try the new Criss-Croissant because I heard about the  27 layers of flaky croissant dough perfectly waffled to a golden brown and stuffed with sweet and savory fillings. I picked the Spinach and Roasted Red Pepper (fluffy scrambled eggs, fresh spinach and roasted red peppers topped with white Cheddar and parmesan cheeses and a drizzle of hollandaise).  This was delicious.

The three kids knew what they wanted for lunch. Macaroni and Cheese and apple sauce. Little guy got the apple juice and the older ones got the Mango Juice.   Best news ever – Kids Eat Free from 4-10 p.m. daily August 1 – September 25 2016!

We were all king of full so they picked one dessert. They chose between the salted caramel and banana (cool dulce de leche cream and sliced, fresh bananas followed with a drizzle of salted caramel sauce) or the strawberries and sweet cream (filled with sweet cream cheese and topped with sweet, glazed strawberries) this is the one the kids wanted. We all shared because these things are pretty big.image

These yummy  Criss-Croissants  and Kids Eat Free are available from August 1 – September 25. As always IHOP is a super kid friendly place and everyone  always leaves happy.
