If you would have told me 2 weeks ago I would be buying a pair of cowboy boots I would have said, “No way, no not ever. ”
Even when they were the craze up north I had no desire to own a pair. However, that all changed when we visited Nashville, Tennessee.
Nashville is the capital of the U.S. state of Tennessee and the county seat of Davidson County. Nashville is the home of the Grand Ole Opry House, home of the famous “Grand Ole Opry” stage and radio show. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and historic Ryman Auditorium, featuring honky-tonks with live music and the Johnny Cash Museum.
To sum it up Nashville is the home of Country Western Music and Western Boots; better known as cowboy boots. So falling in love with cowboy boots was inevitable and it was easy to see why. So many styles to choose from.
My friend wanted a pair of boots with BLING! She found a pair with just enough BLING, and style. Brand – CORRAL
I, who didn’t want a pair of cowboy boots, ended up with a more rough rider look. Brand – OLD GRINGO.
Boy did we love our cowboy boots.
Here we are in our western boots. Heading to the Grand Ole’ Opry. We sure blended in with all the Nashville Cats and I cannot tell you how many people stopped us to say, “Where did you get those boots.”
It wasn’t easy to find the right pair of western boots.
Till we stumbled upon:
126 2nd Ave North
Nashville, TN 37201
And the rest is Nashville history.
