I sometimes wonder if clouds are a form of communication.

Could these clouds be a work of heavenly art?  Could the clouds be sending a message to the inhabitants of the earth.

Are the clouds saying goodbye to summer, and hello to fall.  I haven’t got a clue.  But I do know we need to look up more, for the heavenly skies are always sending us messages.  We just need to learn how to read them.

Hello, Riverhead CiderHouse!  We have returned!

Yes, we took our Cali in-laws to enjoy The Riverhead Ciderhouse.  The Riverhead Ciderhouse is American as apple Pie and Beer, whether it’s cider or just regular beer is always something to enjoy.

I had to have the apple cider, again.  It was still 8% alcohol.  The in-laws were super surprised at the alcohol content of the cider… My sister-in-law did the wine taste at The Riverhead Ciderhouse.  Two reds and Two whites.  A mixture of beer and wine all at one table.    Now, The Riverhead Ciderhouse does not only do beer, cider, and wine well, they do a tasty pizza.  Check out the fresh tomatoes and bay leaves!   We also gave notice to the coasters.  It’s a Blue Point Island!

A JONES BEACH DAY #JONESBEACH #SUNNYFALL #THUMBSUP

As soon as you see this tower, standing tall and straight, you know you have arrived at Jones Beach State Park. 

We took  my California in-laws to Jones Beach so they could put their toes into the Atlantic Ocean.  It was one of the most beautiful days we ever had in New York State – California weather all the way – and the ocean stood strong, and powerfully against the East coast blue skies, not to mention the white sand begging us to run our feet thru it.  And so I did the chicken dance.  HA!  As you can see my husband stood his ground and did not let the sand touch his little toes.

I think my in-laws were impressed?

Could not tell.  Atlantic, Pacific, guess they can all look the same.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

However, it’s really grand to have family come over from the west coast to enjoy our company on the east coast.

Well, we did get a thumbs up from my brother-in-law and husband.  Day ended well!
