What a delightful book  SEE YOU LATER, ALLIGATOR! by Sally Hopgood and Emma Levey is!! A departing tortoise has his bags packed and is almost ready to set out on an adventure, but he can’t leave until he says good-bye to each of his animal friends. This sweet and colorful book is a silly story with bright, engaging illustrations and expressive, rhyming text that children will want to read—and giggle through—again and again.

This little guy loves this silly story and the bright pages filled with all the  lovable characters, he calls friends. I love reading this story with him over and over again.

Who needs take out when you have Home Chef to the rescue.  Home Chef, the Chicago-based meal kit delivery service, is expanding service nationwide. I was so excited when I got my food box delivered to my door. Everything I needed to make a great meal right in front of me. Easy to read recipes and directions. I had a wonderful  time prepping and cooking this meal with my niece Sandra. It is so nice to enjoy a fresh home cooked meal with people you love.
