Thursday 5/26/16 was RedNose Day. I never heard of Red Nose Day until my grandson mentioned it to me. I had to Google RED NOSE DAY to learn what Red Nose Day is all about.
To my surprise, I find out that Red Nose Day is a charitable organization whose “mission is to help kids who need us most” Red Nose Day has raised over $1 billion globally in the last 25 years. Half of the money distributed by Red Nose Day 2016 will be spent right here in the U.S. YEAH!
My six year old grandson, who didn’t have a red nose to wear on Red Nose Day, decided that he would wear a red sneaker in place of a red nose. So on Red Nose Day, he wore two different color sneakers, one white and one red. Christian thought it worked, and I thought he put on two different sneakers by mistake. When he explained to me that he was wearing the red sneaker for Red Nose Day, it was my nose who ended up turning red!
