Here are a few ways to stay cool this  summer

Keeping your neck cool helps regulate your body’s overall temperature. Wear an up do and you will feel cool as well as look cool.

Spray a mist but not a mist of water, the minerals in water can dry out your face.   Choose a spray that adds moisture instead of taking it away.

Would you believe Chili peppers will keep you cool, Capsaicin, the chemical that gives hot peppers their kick, increases your body temperature, which in turn causes you to sweat, then cool down.

Bet you guessed it  a glass of  WATER, but drink it before you take a shower “Drinking cold water in extreme heat adjusts body temperature, it increases circulation and may even boost metabolic function, refreshing you”.

Keep your scents in the Fridge. Not only does it chill you it will also preserve the fragrance.  Consider switching to a lighter, less concentrated splashm, so you can mist yourself liberally. 

Sweat it out.  No excuse not to work out during the hot summer months Do away with the blow dryer.  Let the air do the drying.   Comb mousse,  through medium-wet hair and then leave alone. Twist two or three sections of hair and clip up into mini chignons; let dry fully. The result? A loose, wavy texture that’s summer-perfect.   Wear a linen white dress. White reflects light and heat. Plus, linen has optimal airflow and heat conductivity.
