Liz and I love to get our grand kids together.
It does a heart good to watch them play and enjoy their moments together. Natalie, the oldest, plays with Sophie. Liam and Christian play with each other and when it suits them they all play together. I love to watch them enteract with each other. Like this one Sunday, when Liz decided that the kids would love to draw a Valentine’s tree.
So out came the crayons and of course paper. Liz in her teacher mode showed the children how to draw this Valentine tree. It was so easy and they loved it.
Liam and Christian creating their work of art…love it when they give us smiles. Together the boys just seem to light the room. I still cannot get over how much Liam looks like Liz. Really!
Here is one of their little hands. Not bad for a first time drawing of a Valentine tree. I think this one was created by Natalie.
This VT was created by Sophie, of course she always signs her work of art and since it was a Valentine tree she wanted her parents to get it. I wonder why it was not given to me? I was the one who brought her to play with Liam and Natalie…Oh, well!
Now Natalie, Liam and Sophie had no problem with the hand drawing, but Christian, well, lets just say his hands just did not seem to make a good trace.

Hey, I wonder if Michelangelo started this way…one never knows .does one….<3
