Crab and Shrimp Mousse #HolidayHustle

Kathy makes this for our Annual Office Christmas Party. Everyone always looks forward to it. When you make it and serve it up you will know why.

Crab & Shrimp Mousse

8 oz cream cheese  – softened
8 oz of crab meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can shrimp, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs Knox gelatin, dissolved in 2 Tbs cold water
2 green onion, finely chopped
Dash of thyme
1 cup celery, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. Parsley flakes

Directions
Heat together cream cheese, soup and onion, stirring until well blended. Add dissolved gelatin –  stir well. Add crab, shrimp, celery, mayonnaise, thyme and parsley flakes. Pour into pan cover with foil  and chill at least 3 hours. Serve with your favorite cracker, chip or vegetable.

Office Christmas Party: Eat Drink & Make Merry #DirtySanta #UglySweater

We love to throw a Christmas Party each year at work.

We start with breakfast, continue through lunch and then we exchange gifts.

Everyone buys a unisex gift minimum value $50.00 and we pull numbers and pick a gift. If the next person likes it they can steal it from you and then you have to go pick a new gift. That is why it is called Dirty Santa.

We also love the theme Ugly Sweater and here are this years’ winners. Sean and Kristyn wearing their Reindeer Games sweaters.

Bobby was very happy with his Jack In The Box holding a crisp $50.00 unfortunately along came Marjorie and stole it. It was back to the gift table for Bobby
