Home Style Chicken Parmesan
Whenever I have cooked left over chicken cutlets I like to make a easy and quick home style Chicken Parmesan.
I slice up the cooked chicken cutlet and lay in a dish.
Cover with marinara sauce, bottled or home-made and sprinkle with rough grated Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake in a pre-heated 400 oven for about 10-15 minutes or until sauce is just bubbly and cheese is melted. Serve with rice, pasta or a salad. Easy, peasy.
Butcher Bar Smoke House – Dinner for 4
It has been a long Winter. We have been wanting to try the Butcher Bar Smoke House for some time now. The snow is finally gone and so we met up with our sisters and went for dinner. We got the message as soon as we saw the door knob, we were in for some really good BBQ and we were not disappointed. Sweet smell of BBQ surrounded us the minute we walked in. Now what to order? P.S. They are a real butcher too, you can get raw meat to go.
I ordered the Full Moon Rising, found out moonshine was gin, my sister Marianne got the Berry Good Time. Merci and her sister both got the Jalapeno Margarita, with a kick!
We finally decided on what to eat. My sister got the Turkey Burger, Merci ordered the Bob Burger. Marlene and I both went for the BBQ pulled pork. We shared a order of hand cut French fries. Our moms would have been real proud, we each cleaned our plates!!
I love when we get the chance to get together for a meal and find out what has been happening at home and at work. We laugh, argue, because we hardly ever agree and then we laugh again. Sharing a meal is a good way to show our love, good will and to make lasting memories. So happy that Spring is almost here.
