Eddie Bauer Women Henley Shirt – One of My Favorite Gifts.
This is a gift I will be using all winter. My Eddie Bauer Women Henley Shirt. Most weekends I visit my daughter and her family and get to play the best role in the world, Grandma 🙂 This shirt is easy to wash, pack and wear. A afternoon in the park or at the mall, out to lunch or serving up a frozen pizza at home, I will be happy and comfortable.
Red Door Spa Day of Beauty – One of My Favorite Gifts
So loved my gift for a facial, wash, blow and make-up from my daughter. The very best part was I got to go with my sister Marianne, niece Sandra, my daughter Vera and cousin Veronica.
We were all signed up for the Red Door Signature Facial at the Garden City Hotel. We were pampered with a warm hand treatment on a heated pad for comfort. I think I actually fell asleep for a few seconds….so relaxing.
Here is Marianne getting a complimentary make-up refresher. She left buying the lipstick that she loved!!
Loved spending a day of beauty with my family and will be back for more pampering and a wonderful experience.
Broccoli Quiche
Preheat over 375
1 bag (12 oz.) frozen broccoli, cooked according to package directions drain and chop
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 frozen deep-dish pie crust (9 inch)

Beat eggs and milk salt and pepper in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in chopped broccoli and cheese; pour into pie crust. Place on lined baking sheet.(easy clean up)
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until center of quiche is set and top is golden brown. Let stand 10 min. before slicing. Serve with a tossed salad. M&M’s are optional 🙂
New Year’s Eve
As New Year’s Eve approaches I always think that my husband and I should spend a quite New Year’s Eve. You know just go out to dinner, come home, and wake up into the new year without any kind of BANG!
And then I shake my head and think, NO!
As long as I can get up and move I will bring in the new year with my family and friends.
We did…
Our neighbors walked over to bring in the ringing.
My mom and Terry were quiet this year, no singing.
Chuck is our dancer… the night had just begun.
We Face timed missing people before midnight.
We watched the ball drop and gave each other hugs.
2015 ticked in even though we were tucked.
We celebrated with our family and friends.
We celebrated till 2.
Then it was night, night.
