Thanksgiving Family

Hello December you sure did get here fast.  Not so fast that we would not find time to share our Thanksgiving Family Day.  We have celebrated Thanksgiving together for over 50 years. Yes, we have been blessed. Through the years we have lost loved ones and we have gained loved ones.

Thanksgiving Recipe for Friendship ~ A generous cup of blessings, a tablespoon of refection, a handful of memories together

A good helping of hugs and laughter, a pint of time with friends and family

Mix with love and forgiveness.

Thank you, Lord,  for the food before us, the friends beside us and the love between us. Happy Thanksgiving!

Photo (Video) Friday – A Gobble Surprise

This Thanksgiving was special.  We didn’t just eat the turkey, we also had a visit from Tom the Turkey.  No one saw him fly in but then we realized turkeys don’t fly.   He gave us no time to squabble as he hobbled his way to the table.  With no fear of being chased away, he knew he was here to stay.  Oh, what a surprise to finally see, it was Oliver.  Yippee!

Oliver, a good friend from Malta, came to give us a gobble, gobble, surprise.  Once revealed there was no turning back.  Welcome, Oliver!  Your a great act!

Thank you Oliver, your visit gave us something to gobble about.
