Kefir – A Probiotic
Kefir, now here is a drink that will do your body good.
Kefir is something like a liquid yogurt but not really. Kefir is a cultured milk product with a slight tart taste. Now don’t let the tart taste cause you not to try Kefir.
I always add bananas, strawberries, blueberries, even blackberries to sweeten this amazingly healthy drink.

Then I add the Kefir. Hit the blend bottom
Kefir is high in protein, calcium and vitamin D.
Each cup of Kefir contains 12 live and active cultures and 7 to 10 billion beneficial probiotic strains. Probiotics are healthy, beneficial microorganisms such as bacteria or yeast found in the digestive tract. This helps keep your pipes from clogging.
Kefir is rich in Vitamin B12, B1, and Vitamin K and did I mention calcium…your bones will be happy when you Kefir!
